If you are a new KCC or KCC Traded Company employee, an account will be created for you once HR Connect have set up your HR record. If you request an account here, please ensure you add your staff number (OEN) as soon as it is available, to avoid a second account being opened.
For access to Delta you'll need to take a minute to create an account by completing the form below:
1. Choose your username and password. Your username must be a valid email address.
2. Enter your email address again in the 'email' field. This must match your username.
3. Provide your name and surname and select the appropriate 'user type'.
4. Complete either the registration code or OEN field as set out below:
i. If you are a KCC or KCC Traded Company employee, please complete the OEN field with your employee number.
ii. KCC or Traded Company Agency Staff without OENs should enter 'agency' in the 'registration code' field and ensure you use your work email address.
iii. If you are not a KCC or KCC Traded Company employee, please ensure you complete the 'registration code' field with your code.
5. Click 'request account' at the end of the form.
Please note: If your request does not submit and the OEN field is marked 'this value has already been used' then your OEN is already attached to an account, probably created automatically from your HR record. Please check your email for your login details. This could be your personal email account if your work email has not been set up yet.
If your request does submit, an email will be immediately sent to your email address.
6. Read your email, and click on the web link it contains. This will confirm your email address, and notify us of your request for an account.
7. Please allow up to 72 hours for your account request to be approved.
Once your account has been approved you will receive a further email confirming this. Then you will be able to access your course(s).
Please be aware if you do not supply a valid OEN or registration code, your account request will be rejected and you will have to request an account again.
