Is this your first time here?

Anyone with a Kent County Council network account should click 'KCC account login'. This will take you directly into Delta. If you are logged into your KCC device you should select this option.

Those who are not logged into a KCC network account should click 'non-KCC account login' and login with their username and password. For example:
  • KCC employees who are not using their KCC network account (for example if you use your personal email address on Oracle HR Self-Service)
  • Commercial Services Group employees
  • Anyone else without a KCC network account
